About our Service Dept.  

 Otis Refrigeration service was founded in 1935 by Otis Longanecker, Originally only a service based company Otis Refrigeration now offers Sales and Parts as well, Though we operate as a whole Otis’s Service department remains the premier branch of our company. Now managed by John Pertuset (Otis Longanecker’s grandson) who has worked with the company since 1976.  John is a senior technician with unsurpassed experienced in commercial HVAC/R, as per John’s job duties he incorporates his vast experience with Otis Refrigeration’s required training regimen.  Otis Refrigeration takes pride in the quality of work and customer service we offer, Specializing in :

 

  • Repair and Diagnosis service -  Our technicians are trained in every major brand of commercial HVAC/R. Our goal is to get your equipment operational for the best possible valuable.
